- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to complete paid training in Orlando
- valid work authorization for the United States
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to pass FAA security and safety regulations
- physical ability to perform cabin duties
- positive attitude and empathy for guests

- manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
- uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
- ensure all interactions reflect JetBlue's reliability, innovation, and humanity
- use judgment and empathy to support guests and crew during all flight phases
- participate in immersive paid training at JetBlue University
- implement data-driven service delivery and crisis management techniques
- collaborate effectively with crew and operational teams
