Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior cabin role
  • Ability to complete Air China’s Cabin Senior leadership training
  • Flexibility to work variable roster including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English
  • Preferably fluent in Mandarin
  • Ability to pass medical and background screening
  • Valid flight attendant certification

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • Proven leadership track record in senior cabin roles such as purser
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
  • Ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • Strong communication and crisis management skills
  • Completion of formal flight attendant training
  • Experience working on long-haul international flights

Job Duties

  • Manage the cabin crew during flights
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures
  • Oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service delivery
  • Lead pre-flight briefings and crew performance management
  • Handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • Coordinate schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Act as the primary contact for cabin operations and leadership
