Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- Proven leadership experience in a senior cabin role
- Ability to complete Air China’s Cabin Senior leadership training
- Flexibility to work variable roster including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English
- Preferably fluent in Mandarin
- Ability to pass medical and background screening
- Valid flight attendant certification
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- Proven leadership track record in senior cabin roles such as purser
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
- Ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- Strong communication and crisis management skills
- Completion of formal flight attendant training
- Experience working on long-haul international flights
Job Duties
- Manage the cabin crew during flights
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures
- Oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service delivery
- Lead pre-flight briefings and crew performance management
- Handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- Coordinate schedules including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Act as the primary contact for cabin operations and leadership
