Job Requirements
- HS diploma or GED required
- data entry and keyboard experience required
- minimum 6 months work experience preferred
- working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- organizational and inter-personal skills

- ability to manage high volume and time sensitive work
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- ability to use multiple systems and reference materials

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for entry of goods into the US on behalf of importers
- provide impeccable customer service
- obtain correct classification of goods for customs release from various sources
- data entry and processing of import documentation for submission to US Customs
- handle shipment documentation in compliance with record keeping requirements
- adhere to all international import and export regulations
- collaborate with internal staff, departments, FedEx operations, and customers
- process agency brokerage shipments
- handle remote filings
- ensure adherence to all government and organizational policies
- perform other assigned duties
