Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months work experience preferred
- Data entry and keyboard experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high volume and time-sensitive work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to use multiple systems and reference materials
- Capability to interact effectively with customers, carriers, brokers, government agencies, internal staff, and management

Job Duties
- Coordinate documentation required by US Customs and government agencies for goods entry into the US
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Obtain correct classification of goods for customs clearance
- Enter and process various import-related documentation
- Maintain and update shipment documentation in compliance with record-keeping requirements
- Adhere to international importing and exporting regulations
- Collaborate with internal staff, departments, FedEx operations, and customers to ensure high service levels
- Process agency brokerage shipments
- Handle remote filings when necessary
- Ensure compliance with government and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
