Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with three years' experience or high school diploma with at least seven years of customs operations, import/export regulations, or logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and SharePoint
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, incoterms, and trade documentation
- Previous experience in data entry preferably in Customs Entry or Supply Chain
- Experience with Power BI or ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) is a plus
- Experience working with ACE, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and/or government agencies such as CBP and USDA is a plus

Job Duties
- Gather, review, and maintain accurate import and export documentation to support logistics and trade compliance requirements, ensuring records are well-organized and accessible for internal reviews and audits
- Support broker request tickets and work to resolve in-transit issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal delays and accurate clearance
- Act as a key contact for customs brokers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
- Investigate, resolve, and communicate operational issues affecting logistics flows, collaborating with logistics and trade compliance teams to identify and implement effective solutions
- Support logistics in maintaining timely and compliant shipments, coordinating with other departments to streamline processes
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for documentation management processes to ensure consistent and compliant practices
- Stay updated on logistics processes and work closely with trade compliance to ensure any regulatory updates are communicated effectively to relevant teams
- Track and support post-entry processes, such as corrections and duty refunds, in coordination with the trade compliance team
