Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with three years’ experience or High School Diploma with at least seven years of customs operations, import/export regulations, or logistics
  • strong organizational skills
  • high attention to detail
  • ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations
  • ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • experience in data entry and documentation management
  • willingness to collaborate with trade compliance and logistics teams

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with three years’ experience or High School Diploma with at least seven years of customs operations, import/export regulations, or logistics
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • experience with SharePoint
  • knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, incoterms, and trade documentation
  • strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • previous experience in data entry in Customs Entry or Supply Chain
  • familiarity with ACE, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies such as CBP and USDA is a plus

Job Duties

  • Gather, review, and maintain accurate import and export documentation to support logistics and trade compliance requirements
  • support broker request tickets and work to resolve in-transit issues quickly and effectively
  • act as a key contact for customs brokers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
  • investigate, resolve, and communicate operational issues affecting logistics flows
  • support logistics in maintaining timely and compliant shipments
  • maintain and update standard operating procedures for documentation management processes
  • stay updated on logistics processes and communicate regulatory updates
  • track and support post-entry processes such as corrections and duty refunds
