Job Requirements

  • 21 years of age
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record background check
  • Well-groomed, friendly, and outgoing demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks with minimal supervision
  • Proven team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues
  • Background in customer service or event planning preferred
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable with electronic equipment and email communication
  • English fluency required
  • Additional language skills considered an asset

Job Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Assist international guests through digital self-service and sales tools
  • Proactively contact and engage with guests, provide guidance, support, and personalized assistance
  • Manage guest concerns, including demanding guests and high-conflict situations
  • Confidently engage and build rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Use product knowledge and storytelling to inspire guests to make decisions that elevate their overall holiday experience
  • Promote and sell relevant products, services, and experiences that enhance guests' holidays
  • Proactively upsell excursions, activities, and upgrades in a friendly informative, and guest-focused manner
