Job Requirements
- 21 years of age
- Eligibility to work in the US
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle record background check
- Well-groomed, friendly, and outgoing demeanor
- Ability to work independently and stay focused on tasks with minimal supervision
- Proven team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues
- Background in customer service or event planning preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Comfortable with electronic equipment and email communication
- English fluency required
- Additional language skills considered an asset
Job Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older

- Fluent in English

Job Duties
- Assist international guests through digital self-service and sales tools
- Proactively contact and engage with guests, provide guidance, support, and personalized assistance
- Manage guest concerns, including demanding guests and high-conflict situations
- Confidently engage and build rapport with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Use product knowledge and storytelling to inspire guests to make decisions that elevate their overall holiday experience
- Promote and sell relevant products, services, and experiences that enhance guests' holidays
- Proactively upsell excursions, activities, and upgrades in a friendly informative, and guest-focused manner
