Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
- Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations
- Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
- Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
- Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise
- Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment
- Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
- Perform other duties as assigned
