Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a current and valid driver's license
  • Clean driving record with ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records Check (MVR)
  • DOT qualification is required (must pass or obtain)
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Strong work ethic with reliable, on-time performance
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accountability
  • Willingness to learn about tire installations, mounting, and balancing
  • Available for a flexible schedule (Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays)
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn about tire installations, mounting, and balancing

Job Duties

  • Safely operate a Ford Transit delivery van to transport products to customer addresses
  • Work with warehouse associates to load and inventory tires and products each morning
  • Drive defensively and observe all traffic safety laws
  • Deliver Tire Rack products (tires, wheels, and accessories) independently and on schedule
  • Maintain a functional and clean delivery van, including performing basic preventive maintenance (tire checks, oil, and fluids)
  • Return undeliverable products to the warehouse and coordinate restocking
  • Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, managers, and customer care associates
  • Provide outstanding customer service at every delivery
