Job Requirements
- NVQ Level 1, 2, or 3 or equivalent
- Basic Food Hygiene certification
- 1-2 years experience in a professional kitchen or catering
- Experience with H.A.C.C.P. documentation
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Assume complete responsibility for kitchen operations in Head Chef’s absence
- Support the Head Chef in efficient kitchen management
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in menu planning and innovation
- Manage food orders and supplier relationships
- Verify food deliveries and maintain quality standards
- Implement and maintain H.A.C.C.P. procedures
- Assist with stock-taking as required
- Evaluate training needs of kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Maintain good communication with clients, customers, and staff
- Enforce company dress code and policies
