Job Requirements
- Experience in culinary management
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Capability to perform manual tasks including grasping, fine manipulation, reaching, twisting, bending, and squatting

Job Duties
- Develop and implement creative menu items that adhere to Hyatt brand standards
- Manage colleagues through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiring
- Monitor food production, ordering, cost, quality, and consistency daily
- Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
- Provide support and guidance to the culinary team
- Maintain quality standards throughout all food and beverage operations
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
