Job Requirements

  • Experience in culinary management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Capability to perform manual tasks including grasping, fine manipulation, reaching, twisting, bending, and squatting

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement creative menu items that adhere to Hyatt brand standards
  • Manage colleagues through scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, evaluating, and hiring
  • Monitor food production, ordering, cost, quality, and consistency daily
  • Ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment
  • Provide support and guidance to the culinary team
  • Maintain quality standards throughout all food and beverage operations
  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
