Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef
- proven background in upscale or fine dining establishments
- leadership and communication skills
- ability to perform under pressure
- knowledge of inventory, food costs, and scheduling practices
- must be 18 years or older
- availability for varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef

- leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide kitchen staff
- ability to perform under pressure while maintaining standards
- knowledge of inventory, food costs, and scheduling practices
- passion for Japanese culinary traditions with a creative approach
- experience with Asian or Japanese cooking techniques and ingredient selection
- formal culinary education or equivalent experience
Job Duties
- Support the Chef in delivering authentic and innovative Japanese cuisine
- lead and develop kitchen staff to uphold high standards and efficiency
- maintain quality, presentation, and service standards across all menu items
- work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- assist with inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling
- collaborate with leadership to ensure a consistent and exceptional dining experience
