Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen and culinary operations ensuring the highest standards of food preparation quality and presentation are consistently met
  • Lead train and manage the back-of-house staff focusing on efficiency safety and productivity
  • Manage inventory ordering and stock levels to minimize waste and ensure product availability
  • Ensure strict adherence to all health safety and hygiene regulations within the kitchen area
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to optimize flow and speed of service without compromising quality
  • Contribute to the development of a positive high-energy work environment that encourages teamwork and excellent performance
