Job Requirements
- At least four years of relevant experience
- 1-3 years in a leadership role
- background in food service
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients and customers
- exceptional customer service abilities
- ability to work well with different departments
- ability to lift, push, move, pull objects up to 50 lbs intermittently
- ability to stand for long periods without discomfort

Job Duties
- Motivate, coach, empower, and cultivate teams to enhance their effectiveness
- ensure that food provisioning aligns with executional structures
- provide coaching to staff with collective agreement on objectives and strategies
- implement employee recognition programs
- ensure operations adhere to safety and cleanliness regulations
- determine client needs and communicate operational growth
- integrate Aramark procedures and supervise financial allocations
- verify timely creation and upkeep of P&L statements
- attain food and labor benchmarks
- oversee resource management to control costs and maintain quality
- carry out Aramark’s labor and culinary program strategies
- improve operational efficiency and manage costs
- lead coordination of production, delivery, and catering services
- promote safety and wellness for clients, customers, and employees
- ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
- set up and manage food acquisition, delivery, cooking, and provision processes
- produce operational forecasts and manage accounting tasks
- confirm sanitation and safety compliance
- direct unit employees on production, merchandising, quality, cost, labor, and training
- source and maintain front-line team associates
- conduct inventory audits
- ensure record-keeping standards are met
- communicate with client executives and maintain strong client relationships
- engage in sales activities and contractual discussions
- identify opportunities for new product integration and revenue growth
