Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum four years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years leadership experience
  • Food service background
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Capability to intermittently lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods

  • Minimum 1-3 years in a leadership role
  • Background in food service industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain productive client and customer relationships
  • Exceptional customer service skills consistent with company standards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments
  • Capability to intermittently lift, move, push, and pull items up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods without discomfort

Job Duties

  • Motivate, coach, empower, and cultivate culinary and service teams to enhance their effectiveness
  • Ensure provisioning of food aligns with company executional structure
  • Provide coaching to staff by fostering collective agreement on objectives and strategies
  • Implement employee recognition programs to reward contributions
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness regulations
  • Determine clients’ needs and communicate operational growth
  • Integrate company procedures into business practices
  • Develop and oversee revenue streams, financial allocations, and cost control measures
  • Verify timely creation and upkeep of profit and loss statements
  • Achieve targeted food and labor benchmarks
  • Manage resources to meet quality standards and budget constraints
  • Execute and uphold labor and culinary program strategies
  • Improve operational efficiency and profitability
  • Lead coordination of production, delivery, and catering services
  • Promote safety and wellness for clients, customers, and employees
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and laws
  • Establish and manage processes for food acquisition, preparation, and provision
  • Produce operational forecasts and address variances
  • Conduct accounting and inventory audits
  • Maintain records according to company and regulatory standards
  • Foster strong client and customer relationships
  • Engage in sales activities and contractual negotiations
  • Identify opportunities for new product and service integration to boost revenue and loyalty
