Job Requirements
- Must have completed the first year of the Culinary or Baking and Pastry program at Bristol Community College or earned an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from an accredited institution
- Ability to work as a team to achieve a common goal
- Ability to maintain the food quality and integrity
- Must be able to compute basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to execute all basic cooking methods
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- Must be able to safely lift a weight of 50 pounds or more

Job Duties
- Prepare recipes used as instructional materials or culinary functions
- Set-up any kitchen equipment needed for recipe preparations during laboratory or function work
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness
- Promote sanitation and safety during kitchen laboratory work, ensuring students do not practice any unsafe behavior
- Assist in the instruction of kitchen laboratory work under instructor's supervision
- Conduct and maintain food inventory
- Assist in administrative duties including ordering supplies, running errands, filing documents, answering the phone, coordinate equipment maintenance, prepare RFE's and other day-to-day operation tasks
