Job Duties
- This role is crucial to the Heart of House, where you will play a key part in preparing all of our signature food items
- Your efforts will directly contribute to creating the legendary, fun experiences our guests expect
- Work efficiently across various kitchen stations, including the Fryer (Chip), Sauce/Seasoning (Shake), Grill, Prep (Southwest), and Expeditor (Expo) areas
- Execute the preparation and production of the entire menu of Buffalo Wild Wings food items
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the assigned work station
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and timely service
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations
