Job Duties
- Work efficiently across various kitchen stations, including the fryer (chip), sauce/seasoning (shake), grill, prep (southwest), and expeditor (expo) areas
- Execute the preparation and production of the entire menu of Buffalo Wild Wings food items
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the assigned work station
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and timely service
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food handling regulations
