This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchisee, a separate entity from McDonald's USA. This franchisee has acquired the license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products to operate the restaurant but functions autonomously regarding employment. That means all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staff management, are managed solely by this franchisee and not McDonald's USA. McDonald's USA is not involved in the employment process and does not receive applications nor participate in interview or hiring decisions.

Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- positive attitude and strong team player
- able to follow safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- eagerness to learn and grow
- ability to follow instructions and procedures
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
