Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment
- Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety protocols
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience and success in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attractions, and food and beverage operations
- Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows
- Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive demeanor
- Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate
Job Duties
- Work in a variety of roles including greeting, ticketing, retail operations, fan service, photo operations, events and more
- Provide best-in-class service by actively engaging with fans
- Act as a Netflix ambassador to help drive increased fandom and engagement with Netflix shows
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures including emergency procedures
- Foster a culture of safety in all actions
- Manage guest flow and queuing
- Sell merchandise and tickets
