Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Ability to comply with Chipotle's food safety and hygiene standards
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to perform job duties such as standing, lifting, and multitasking

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

Prepare and serve food according to Chipotle's standards
Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
Work confidently across multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Follow health and safety guidelines
Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive atmosphere
Participate in training and development opportunities
