Job Requirements
- Willingness and ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Commitment to following brand standards and guidelines
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as a part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old or meet local minimum age requirements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or fast-food environment is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take and prepare food orders accurately according to Wendy's standards
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets, and grills
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas
- Follow all brand standards and guidelines to ensure food quality and customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service
- Adhere to health and safety regulations throughout the shift
