Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for entire shifts
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Pass any applicable background checks and screenings
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards helping and serving others
- Willingness to learn and develop cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to follow directions and company policies
Job Duties
- Prepare food at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in training and supporting new team members
- Engage positively with customers and coworkers to foster a welcoming environment
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold brand standards
