Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in behavioral intervention or special education
- Knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies
- CPI certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to travel up to 35 miles one-way within assigned region
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Physical ability to support students in various activities
- Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and student needs

Job Duties
- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) in collaboration with classroom teachers
- Provide individualized behavioral instructional support to meet specific student needs
- Apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies to address targeted behaviors
- Monitor and assist students during transitions, meals, and daily activities
- Facilitate recreational activities and support off-campus trips
- Maintain detailed daily documentation of student behavior and progress across all required systems
- Respond to emergency situations using Nonviolent Crisis Intervention techniques
- Establish effective communication channels with supervisors and agency staff
- Provide professional, efficient, and effective services including accurate documentation, session notes, data collection on client behavior, maintaining client confidentiality, safe handling procedures, communication with caregivers and the program team, attending required trainings and staff meetings, supporting compliance reviews
