Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements including food handlers, alcohol awareness, CPR, and first aid

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries efficiently
  • Oversee front desk operations including tracking logs, handling messages and packages
  • Monitor and strategize room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
  • Build and lead a communicative, motivated front desk team
  • Train new staff members and ensure compliance with safety and service standards
  • Resolve guest concerns and workplace issues promptly and professionally
