Job Requirements
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties
- This position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
Job Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance
- Previous professional driving experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interact positively with diverse groups of customers
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties
- At least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Six months of customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Transport customers safely and efficiently between airport terminals and rental car facilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with loading and unloading luggage
- Communicate route information and rental process details clearly
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and driving standards
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service throughout each trip
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues as needed
- Follow company policies and contribute to a positive work environment
