Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- six months courier experience preferred
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment or assistance
- good human relations and verbal communication skills
- knowledge of station’s service area preferred
- skills in adaptability, dependability, and courier methods
- at least 21 years of age
- ability to read and speak English
- neat appearance
- meet federal motor carrier safety regulations
- medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
- maintain valid driver’s license with good driving record
- ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely
- comply with company vehicle operation policies
Job Qualifications

- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- thorough knowledge of station's service area preferred
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic signs and official communication

- at least 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license with good driving record
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick up of packages
- check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area
- provide related customer service functions
- perform other duties as assigned
- maintain neat appearance since customer contact is required
- comply with federal motor carrier safety regulations
