Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months courier experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment or assistance
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Must meet federal motor carrier safety regulations
- Ability to maintain alertness and safe work behavior
- Neat appearance
- Medical exam as per FMCSA or FAA regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months courier experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to use appropriate equipment or assistance for packages above 50 lbs
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred
- Demonstrated skills in adaptability and dependability
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles and provide courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area
- Provide related customer service functions
- Perform other duties as assigned
