Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months courier experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs with assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with traffic officials
- Neat appearance
- Must meet federal motor carrier safety regulations
- Must pass medical exam as per FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Must obtain and maintain valid driver’s license as per state requirements with good driving record
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely
- Non-covered safety-sensitive position
Job Qualifications

- Demonstrated area knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Good human relations skills
- Ability to communicate verbally
- Knowledge of local service area preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
- Ability to adapt and be dependable
Job Duties
- Operates company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages courteously and efficiently
- Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- Provides coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area
- Provides related customer service functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
