Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with assistance
- good human relations and communication skills
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with traffic officials
- must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned
- ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely
- neat appearance since customer contact is required
- non-covered safety-sensitive position
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- drive company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages courteously and efficiently
- check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- provide related customer service functions
- operate vehicles not regulated by section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- maintain neat appearance and work safely
- comply with licensing requirements for the assigned vehicle
- perform other duties as assigned
