Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • No minimum experience required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with assistance or equipment
  • Good human relations and communication skills
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to read and speak English
  • Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned
  • Neat appearance
  • Ability to work safely and alertly
  • Non-covered safety-sensitive position

Job Duties

  • Provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages
  • Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
  • Provide related customer service functions
  • Drive vehicles not regulated by section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Maintain neat appearance due to customer contact
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and safely
