Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle type
- Must obtain a SIDA badge within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages heavier than 50 lbs with assistance
- Must meet section 391 Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
- Medical exam required according to FMCSA or FAA
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Available to work AM shift 5:30 am to 1:30 pm Monday to Saturday
- Neat appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Meet qualifications in section 391 of Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
- Ability to work safely and in a constant state of alertness
- English proficiency to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Successful completion of required medical exam
Job Duties
- Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages
- Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- Provides related customer service functions
- Obtains SIDA badge within 30 days of employment
- Complies with section 391 of Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
- Performs medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Maintains neat appearance and adherence to safety standards
- Works AM shift from 5:30 am to 1:30 pm Monday through Saturday
- Maneuvers packages of any weight with appropriate equipment or assistance
- Communicates effectively with traffic safety officials and customers
