Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Licensed for type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to maneuver packages over 50 pounds with equipment or assistance
- Good human relations skills
- Must meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations section 391
- Medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Non-covered safety-sensitive position
- Ability to work alertly and safely
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic and safety communication

Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages promptly and safely
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Ensure compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Assist with loading and unloading packages using appropriate equipment and assistance
- Follow company policies and procedures for safe vehicle operation
