Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance
- good human relations and verbal communication skills
- neat appearance
- meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
- medical exam required as per FMCSA or FAA regulations
- non-covered safety-sensitive position
- ability to work in a constant state of alertness
- minimum age of 21 years
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and respond to official inquiries

Job Duties
- Provide courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages
- check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- provide related customer service functions
- operate company vehicles safely
- maintain neat appearance since customer contact is required
- comply with section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
- perform other duties as assigned
