Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Must pass medical exam according to FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Licensed for type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to obtain SIDA badge within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with a day off during the week
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor
- Must meet safety standards under section 391 of FMCSA
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid license for assigned vehicle type
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy packages safely
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain alertness and comply with safety standards
- Ability to read and speak English
- Meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (section 391) requirements
Job Duties
- Drive and operate company vehicles for package delivery and pick-up
- Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service during deliveries
- Lift and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs and heavier with assistance
- Maintain neat appearance and professional demeanor
- Comply with safety regulations including FMCSA guidelines
- Obtain and maintain SIDA badge within 30 days of hire
