Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages with appropriate equipment or assistance
- good human relations and verbal communication skills
- neat appearance
- meet FMCSA safety qualifications
- pass medical exam
- be at least 21 years old
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic safety
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle
- ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs or more with assistance
- good verbal communication and human relations skills
- ability to read and understand English traffic signs and directions
- meet Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations including passing medical exam
- minimum age of 21 years
- successful completion of federal drug screen and background check
Job Duties
- Deliver and pick up packages efficiently and courteously
- check shipments for compliance with FedEx service standards
- provide customer service during delivery interactions
- use appropriate equipment to handle packages safely
- adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- maintain neat appearance and professionalism
- perform other assigned duties as needed
