Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle
- pass medical exam as per FMCSA or FAA regulations
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic and safety communication
- ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely
- physically capable of lifting and maneuvering packages
- comply with section 391 of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- licensed to operate assigned vehicle type
- knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- good verbal communication skills
- neat appearance
Job Duties
- Drive and operate company vehicles safely and efficiently
- provide courteous delivery and pick-up of packages
- check shipments for conformance to FedEx service standards
- provide related customer service functions
- perform other duties as assigned
