Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license for the vehicle type assigned
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to maneuver packages above 50 pounds with equipment or assistance
- meet Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations section 391
- pass medical examination in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
- be at least 21 years old
- ability to read and speak English adequately
- maintain neat appearance
- work full time Monday through Saturday
- domicile in or near Grants Pass
- SIDA clearance
- maintain constant state of alertness and safe driving practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver’s license for assigned vehicle type
- knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations section 391
- ability to pass medical examination per FMCSA or FAA
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently
- good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- neat appearance
- ability to work alertly and safely
- minimum age of 21
- valid driver’s license held for at least three years preferred
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles for package delivery and pick-up
- check shipments for compliance with FedEx service standards
- provide courteous customer service during deliveries
- maintain vehicle safety and report any mechanical issues
- adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- lift and maneuver packages safely up to or beyond 50 lbs with assistance
- comply with all transportation safety and security policies
