Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver packages with equipment or assistance
- Good verbal communication and human relations skills
- Must meet FMCSA Section 391 qualifications
- Medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English to understand signs and communicate with safety officials
- Ability to work alertly and safely
- Neat appearance required due to customer contact
Job Qualifications

- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Must meet FMCSA qualifications and be at least 21 years old

Job Duties
- Operate assigned delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and FedEx safety policies
- Load and unload packages ensuring correct handling especially for packages over 50 lbs using equipment or assistance
- Communicate effectively with customers maintaining a neat and professional appearance
- Complete required paperwork and delivery documentation accurately and timely
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA safety regulations and successfully complete medical examinations as required
- Maintain constant alertness and safe operation practices while performing driving duties
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient route management and package delivery
