- valid driver license for type of assigned vehicle
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to maneuver packages heavier than 50 lbs with help or equipment
- good communication skills
- neat appearance
- meet federal motor carrier safety regulations section 391
- pass medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
- ability to work safely and be alert
- at least 21 years old
- able to read and speak English to understand traffic signs and respond to safety officials
Job Qualifications

- valid license for assigned vehicle type
- ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with equipment or assistance
- good human relations and verbal communication skills
- neat appearance
- meet Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations including medical exam
- ability to work safely and be alert
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently
- clean driving history
- at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- operate company vehicles efficiently and safely
- provide courteous delivery and pick-up of packages
- check shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service
- provide related customer service functions
- perform other duties as assigned
