Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Neat appearance
- Meet qualifications under section 391 of FMCSA
- Medical exam in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations required
- Non-covered safety-sensitive position
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness
- Minimum age of 21
- Ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs and communicate
- Clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for the assigned vehicle type
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass medical exams in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Knowledge of traffic laws and ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Drive and operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages
- Check shipments for compliance with FedEx features of service
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service during deliveries
- Adhere to federal Motor Carrier safety regulations and company policies
- Lift and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs with assistance for heavier items
- Maintain a neat appearance and professional demeanor during customer interactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
