Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to maneuver packages heavier than 50 pounds with equipment or assistance
- Meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations section 391 qualifications
- Pass medical examination under FMCSA or FAA regulations
- Ability to maintain alertness and work safely
- Must be 21 years or older
- Proficient in English for communication and traffic sign comprehension
Job Qualifications

- Valid license for assigned vehicle type
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to use equipment or assistance for heavier packages
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Neat appearance for customer contact
- Meet qualifications under section 391 of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Ability to read and understand traffic signs and communicate effectively in English
- Must be at least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages efficiently
- Check shipments for conformity with FedEx features of service
- Provide courteous customer service during deliveries and pickups
- Maintain compliance with federal safety regulations
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Assist in loading and unloading packages as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
