Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license for type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages above 50 lbs with equipment or assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Meet FMCSA safety qualifications and pass medical exam
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently
- Ability to work safely and alert
- Pass government-mandated background and security screening
Job Qualifications

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic communication
- Meet qualifications outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier safety regulations
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety
- At least 21 years of age
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver and pick-up packages
- Check shipments for compliance with FedEx features of service
- Provide courteous and effective customer service during delivery and pick-up
- Perform inspections of vehicles and packages to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Follow Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and company regulations
- Lift and maneuver packages, including those over 50 pounds with assistance or equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned
