Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be licensed for type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance
- Good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Neat appearance
- Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Medical exam required
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic signs and official communication

Job Duties
- Provides courteous and efficient delivery and pick-up of packages
- Checks shipments for conformance to FedEx features of service and provides related customer service functions
- Operates company vehicles on delivery and pickup routes
- Performs package handling including lifting and maneuvering with appropriate equipment
- Maintains compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Ensures safe driving practices and maintains vehicle condition
- Performs other duties as assigned
