Job Requirements
- Must be licensed for the type of vehicle assigned
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to maneuver packages over 50 lbs with equipment or assistance
- Must pass medical examination according to FMCSA regulations
- Must meet qualifications under section 391 of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Must have good human relations and verbal communication skills
- Must maintain a neat appearance
- Must be able to work alertly and safely
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid license for the type of vehicle assigned
- Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read and speak English fluently
- Must meet federal motor carrier safety regulations
- Medical exam clearance according to FMCSA requirements
Job Duties
- Operate company vehicles to provide delivery and pick-up services
- Check shipments for compliance with FedEx service standards
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with assistance
- Maintain neat appearance and professionalism
- Comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
