Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years
- valid Utah Driver's License with clean driving record
- ability to pass Department of Transportation physical examination
- willingness to work a variable schedule including weekends
- ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance
- ability to follow safety procedures
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid Utah Driver's License with no moving violations within the past two years
- no alcohol or drug-related driving violations
- ability to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination to obtain a medical card
- ability to follow safety protocols
- effective communication skills
- ability to work a variable schedule including occasional weekends
Job Duties
- Safely deliver collected blood units from mobile drives back to the Donor Center, ensuring proper handling
- help to process blood units as needed
- retrieve and deliver supplies to blood drive locations
- help load and unload equipment and set-up and take-down the blood drive
- ensure vehicles are current on maintenance and kept clean
- responsible for taking vehicles to be maintained
- follow safety protocols
- perform other duties as assigned
