Job Duties
- Provide courier service for Lee Health Clinical Laboratories, Hospital at Home, Pharmacy, or other assigned departments
- Pick up and deliver medical equipment, laboratory specimens, reports, and supplies to various locations including patients' homes, Lee Health laboratories, hospitals, and local physician offices
- Maintain and arrange for appropriate maintenance of department vehicles
- Keep accurate logs and records of courier activities
- Perform basic specimen processing and clerical duties as assigned
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate good customer service to internal and external customers and patients
- Practice safe driving techniques and maintain a good driving record
