Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Valid I-9 documentation
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Access to a smartphone with app capability and functioning camera
- Access to a vehicle with active auto insurance
- Availability to work at least one shift per week
- Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in delivery or courier services is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and record-keeping
- Customer service orientation
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
Job Duties
- Arrive on-time at Capsule pharmacy
- Pick up assigned deliveries on-time as instructed by a Capsule teammate
- Deliver medications to Capsule customers on-time using mapped delivery routes on phone
- Keep accurate records of worked hours including clocking in and out via phone
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers
- Ensure safe handling and delivery of medications
- Follow company policies and procedures during delivery process
