Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- must have valid I-9 documentation
- must have access to a smartphone with app capability and functioning camera for scanning
- must have access to a vehicle with active auto insurance which will not be provided by Capsule
- must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- must have availability to work at least one shift per week
- must be able to read, speak, and write with high proficiency in English
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to use smartphone apps and technology effectively
- good verbal and written communication skills in English
- reliable transportation with active auto insurance
- ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- basic knowledge of local geography and navigation
- experience in customer service or delivery roles is a plus
Job Duties
- Arrive on time at Capsule pharmacy
- pick up assigned deliveries on time as assigned by a Capsule teammate
- deliver medications to Capsule customers on time using mapped delivery routes on a smartphone
- maintain accurate record keeping of worked hours including clocking in at the pharmacy and clocking out at the last delivery
- communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers
- ensure safety and proper handling of medication packages
- manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules
