Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- must have valid I-9 documentation
- must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- must have access to a smartphone with app capability and functioning camera
- must have access to a vehicle with active auto insurance
- must have availability to work at least one shift per week
- must be able to read, speak, and write in English at a high proficiency level
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- customer service experience preferred
- proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- ability to use a smartphone and related apps effectively
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- reliable and punctual
- strong communication skills
- ability to navigate routes efficiently
Job Duties
- arrive on time at Capsule pharmacy
- pick up assigned deliveries promptly
- deliver medications to customers on time following mapped routes
- use smartphone app for scanning and route navigation
- keep accurate records of worked hours including clocking in and out via phone
- communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers
- ensure packages are handled with care during delivery
